Will The 90 Day Internet Income Challenge End The Myth?

Internet Income And Marketing Myths

Internet Income & Marketing Myths

Sometime in the middle of December on a small private webinar, Paul Birdsall announced to his audience the coming of something in early January called the “90 Day Internet Income Challenge”. He did not provide many details other than participants would be able to put unlimited $40 and $170 payments daily directly into their PayPal account by working from home with Fortune 500 companies. They would not have to take any money out of their pocket to get started, there are no dues, fees or upgrades in the future. The only tools they would need to participate would be a computer and an Email address.

Additionally, they will not have to create blogs or videos. They won’t have to purchase any advertising or leads. In fact, there is nothing to buy or sell. All “90 Day Internet Income Challenge” training, website and turn-key online system will be 100% FREE!

Internet Income Myth Promoters

I have no idea how The “90 Day Internet Income Challenge” will work or how successful it will wind up being. On paper, the above outline of the program highlights looks just like the hype that hits my Email Inbox over and over all day long. I, like many others, have become so desensitized from the barrage that I won’t look at any of it anymore. In particular, I have come to resent those never ending trick headlines from the affiliate marketers like:

  • Your PayPal Account Has Just Been Credited

  • Here’s The Free Download You Requested

  • Your Request Has Been Approved

They all seem to have beautiful professionally done sales videos with great music and special effects. They are filled with promises of how anyone can become incredibly wealthy after purchasing their program. Always in a very short period working from home only a couple hours a day!! All you need to do is “Plug Into” their system, sit back in your pajamas and periodically check your bank account.

Well I’ve been online for several years and taken a stab at any number of these programs. I have not yet run into anyone, other than the owners of the affiliate programs themselves and their assistants, that has had it work for them like it says in the fancy video.

A Realistic Internet Income Timetable

What struck me about the “90 Day Internet Income Challenge”, though, was the “90 Day” part. It is highly unusual for someone to come out with a realistic timetable up front to give their program time to work. Even more unusual to have it right in the name of the program.

I think this is a brilliant form of target marketing. The name of the program itself should scare away the people that are expecting to become wealthy overnight without putting in some effort. Those are the people that suck the life out of other programs because they expect everything to be done for them and get paid for doing nothing other than enrolling.

I can’t really blame them completely. The short sighted quick hit marketers with their deceptive Email headlines and fancy “Lazy Man Videos” foster that type of mindset. Hopefully, the “90 Day Internet Income Challenge” will help to change that type of unrealistic thinking and begin to “end the myth”. Only time will tell.
